About the event

Grief is often viewed as something to overcome, manage, or move beyond. Yet throughout history, many psychological and spiritual traditions have understood loss as a transformative process—one that changes not only our circumstances, but our identity, worldview, and relationship with ourselves.

This workshop explores grief through the symbolic and psychological lens of alchemy, drawing from Jungian psychology to understand loss as an initiatory journey of transformation.
